The event will be open 10 A.M. to 3 P.M. Set up is from 7 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. Vendors and exhibitors must be set up and have vehicles moved by 9:30 A.M.

Exhibitors will be assigned a booth. We will try and honor requests but no promises are made.

·      (No) Electricity is available (for $35.00).

·      Sales tax collection is your responsibility.

·      There is no rain date and no refunds given.

·      Vendors must stay set up until 3 P.M. No packing up early.
